Our Policy
We aim to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (glass/fragile items), we have the following return and refund policy:
- Returns Period: You have 14 business days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the fragility of our products, items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please send photographic evidence within 48 hours. We will replace or refund the item upon verification.
