Project Overview

Set up comprehensive tracking for user behavior, conversion funnels, and traffic sources. Monitoring key metrics to optimize marketing efforts and measure campaign effectiveness across the Zenscents digital ecosystem.

This project involved implementing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) from the ground up, creating custom dashboards in Looker Studio, and establishing KPIs that directly tie to business objectives.

Key Insights Discovered

Early Stage Growth Pattern

As a newly launched site, the data shows typical early-stage patterns with fluctuating traffic as organic presence builds. The 72.7% decrease compared to the previous period indicates this is the initial launch phase with varying testing and soft launch activities.

Strong Newsletter Conversion

With 19 newsletter signups from just 9 new users, the email capture strategy is performing exceptionally well. This 211% conversion rate (users signing up multiple times or from return visits) indicates strong interest and effective CTA placement.

Excellent Search Position

Achieving an average position of 6.2 on Google with 53 impressions and a 3.8% CTR shows strong SEO foundation. The site is ranking on page 1 for target keywords, which is impressive for a new domain.

High Engagement Per Session

With 18 page views from 11 sessions, users are viewing an average of 1.6 pages per session. Combined with 12 user engagement events, this indicates visitors are actively exploring the site rather than bouncing immediately.
